Isaac Nyangolo Co-Founder & CEO

Before Litemore, Isaac was the founding director of G-United, a national youth volunteer initiative started by the Office of the Presidency to provide remedial support to 2.5 million primary school pupils. He also ran Equity Leaders Program – Kenya’s premier leadership development program for outstanding high school graduates – and designed the mentorship component of the Wings to Fly Program. Isaac is a member of the Board of Directors of SuperFluid Labs, the Kenyan Board of Advisors of Education for All Children, and the Alumni Executive of Mang'u High School. He is the Vice Chair, Programs and Panels for the Harvard Club of Kenya. Isaac holds an honors degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard College and a Diploma in IT from Strathmore College. He is a 2020 MasterCard Foundation EdTech Fellow and was a finalist for the 2018 Inspired Leadership Award, which recognises emerging leaders driving positive change globally.

Faith Maina Chief Operating Officer

Faith previously worked at Cytonn Investment, where she grew from an Internship role to a Senior Investment Analyst, in charge of Private Equity. Faith joined Litemore Limited in July 2019, and oversees the Operations, Finance, Human Resource and Admin departments. She is a volunteer trainer for the Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF), Kenya. Faith is an old girl of Limuru Girls School, holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Multimedia University and is a CFA Level 2 Candidate.

Erick Oude Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

Erick previously interned at Equity Group Foundation as a Software Developer. Erick was responsible for implementing a web-based platform for managing and interacting with over 2,000 Equity Leaders Program scholars and alumni. He also worked as an Oracle Academy Trainer, training over 100 students at Machakos Girls High School on Fundamentals of Java Programming. Erick joined the 2010 class of the Equity Leaders Program after emerging best student in Homa Bay sub-county in the 2009 KCSE. Erick is an old boy of Wiobiero Secondary School and graduated with a First-Class Honors degree in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in 2015.

Bryan Nyakaru Co-Founder & Product Development Manager

Bryan has extensive experience developing web and USSD applications. He is an expert Android developer with a portfolio that includes digital learning, biometric authentication, event ticketing, vehicle tracking and e-commerce applications. Bryan is an old boy of Alliance High School and holds an honors degree in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology.

Minnie Wanjiku Customer Experience Manager

Minnie Wanjiku joined Litemore in December 2019, having previously served at Ajua where she was Customer Success Manager handling the Financial, Healthcare and Retail sectors. Prior to that, she was a Customer Experience Executive at Safaricom Limited. As the Customer Experience Manager, she is responsible for preparing Litemore’s understanding of the customer.
Minnie holds a B A Tourism Management (Hons) degree from the Makerere University. She also holds Net Promoter Score (NPS) Certification from the Owen CX Group.
As the Customer Experience Manager, she is responsible for understanding Litemore's customer to ensure optimized interaction between a company and its clients by designing and improving customer experience. This includes ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective.

Antony Njoka Business Development Manager

Antony previously worked as a GIS Assistant Project Manager at ESRI Eastern Africa where he was in charge of determining the GIS capacity of the 5 Nairobi metropolitan counties in making development decisions under the Nairobi Metropolitan Service Improvement Project (NaMSIP). He also worked as a Software Trainer on the use of ESRI software products. Prior to that, he worked as a Data Manager with Geosurv Systems Ltd to develop a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the families and communities that were affected by the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) Infrastructural Project. Antony is an old boy of Mang’u High School and holds a B.A in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Nairobi.
